Swadha Soyjaudah

Swadha Soyjaudah has a background in software engineering and extensive experience in various roles in the field of IT. Currently, Swadha is a Team Leader at Eagle Insurance, overseeing the Data & Processes team and ensuring they meet performance targets. Prior to this role, Swadha worked at companies such as Swan General Ltd., Swan Insurance Company Ltd, and Trace Software Industries Ltd, where responsibilities included software development, training, and project management. Swadha holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Mauritius and a BSc(Hons) in Software Engineering from the University of Technology Mauritius.
