Roger Hayes

Roger Hayes has worked in the engineering and operations fields since 2012. Roger began their career as an Operations Intern at Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. in 2012. In 2017, they moved to Halliburton as an Operator. Most recently, they have been an Engineering Technician at Eagle Metal Products, LLC since 2019.

Roger Hayes has a diverse educational background. Roger began their studies in 2010 at Texas A&M University, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering in 2013. Roger then attended the University of Houston-Downtown from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Analysis and Design Option in Engineering Technology. Currently, they are attending The University of Texas at Dallas, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Master of Business Administration.
