Debra Hussain

Debra Hussain has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Debra currently holds the position of Head of Commercial for Acute Care/Hospital at Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Debra was previously the Chief Commercial Officer at Acacia Pharma, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, and commercial operations.

Prior to that, Debra worked at Eli Lilly and Company in various senior marketing roles. Debra was the Senior Director of Marketing for the Diabetes Business Unit, leading the launch of tirzepatide. Debra also served as the Senior Director of Marketing for Connected Care and Multi-Channel Team Leader, where they focused on integrating technology and data to improve customer engagement. Additionally, Debra held the role of Senior Director of Marketing for the Men's Health Business Unit, where they achieved double-digit growth for three consecutive years.

Before joining Eli Lilly, Debra worked at Riley Hospital for Children as an Audiologist. Their experience in the healthcare field spans over three decades.

Debra Hussain pursued their education in the field of Audiology. Debra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, spanning from 1987 to 1991. Continuing their academic journey, Debra then pursued a Master's degree in Audiology from The University of Memphis, which they completed between 1991 and 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Debra Hussain also obtained a certification in Data Analytics for Business Professionals from LinkedIn in May 2020.
