Leon Fern

Leon Fern is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Eagle Point Credit Management since May 2023, Leon previously held the position of Managing Director-Capital Markets at Preferred Apartment Communities from 2012 to May 2023. Leon's career includes key roles such as Regional Vice President at Griffin Capital Securities and Cole Capital, as well as RVP positions at Lincoln Financial Group and GE Capital. Beginning in the finance sector at Alliance Capital Management as Regional Vice President, Leon's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Rutgers University, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
