Amanda Wachendorf

Amanda Wachendorf is the team lead for solutions delivery at Eagle Point Software. Amanda has also worked as an assisted living director and a director of social services.

Amanda has a wealth of experience in helping people, whether it be through assisting with the development and licensure of a new assisted living facility, guiding residents and families through the admission process, or presenting to the State of Iowa to gain licensure for a new expansion project.

Amanda is dedicated to their work and takes great pride in advocating for the rights and needs of their residents. Amanda is a strong leader and communicator, and works closely with multiple team members to ensure state and federal regulatory compliance.

Amanda Wachendorf has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Clarke University. Amanda also has a certification from Leading Age Iowa in Assisted Living Administrator.

Their manager is John Biver, President & CEO. They work with Mike Lyons - Team Lead, ENR & Strategic Accounts, Mike Ivanov - Team Lead, Content & Technical Services, and Chris Ryan - Team Lead, Platform Development.
