Moritz Wester is currently the Manager of Operational Excellence at EagleBurgmann, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Moritz served as a Senior Lean & Supply Chain Manager at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies from 2018 to 2022 and as a Team Leader in Procurement for Freudenberg Performance Materials from 2015 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Moritz worked as a Specialist in Strategic Projects for Procurement at BASF from 2012 to 2015. Moritz holds a Master of Science in International Management from the University of Applied Science Karlsruhe and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from CBS International Business School.
