George Majoros Jr.

Co-Managing Partner; Investment Committee Member at EagleTree Capital

Mr. Majoros joined EagleTree Capital’s original predecessor firm Wasserstein Perella in 1993. Prior to Wasserstein Perella, Mr. Majoros practiced law with Jones Day, where he specialized in contested takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and securities law.

Mr. Majoros leads EagleTree’s investment activities in the consumer products sector and is a member of EagleTree’s Investment Committee. Mr. Majoros currently serves on the Board of Directors of Corsair and Invincible Boat Company . He previously served on the Boards of Directors of ALM Media, American Seafoods Group, Collins & Aikman, Harry & David, MasterCraft Boat Company, Maybelline, Paris Presents, So Delicious Dairy Free, Sunbelt Plastics, and Yardley of London, where he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of its North American business.

Mr. Majoros received his A.B. in Economics from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Case Western Reserve University, and previously served as Chairman of the Investment Committee for its endowment fund. He was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
