Robert Fogelson

Mr. Fogelson joined EagleTree Capital’s original predecessor firm Wasserstein Perella in 1998. Prior to Wasserstein Perella, Mr. Fogelson practiced law for five years with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.

Mr. Fogelson leads EagleTree’s investment activities in the water and industrial sector and is a member of EagleTree’s Investment Committee. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Gaylord, WaterFleet and Andronaco. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of High Pressure Equipment Company, MasterCraft Boat Company and Airtech, and as a Board observer of American Seafoods Group.

Mr. Fogelson received his B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review and has served on the Dean’s Strategic Council.
