Rohan Rai is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Since 2005, Rohan Rai has served as a Partner at EagleTree Capital, specializing in investments across various business services, including outsourced services, blue collar services, IT services, human capital management, and education/training sectors. Previously, Rohan Rai held the position of Interim CEO at Integreon from April 2022 to November 2022, and before that worked as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at both UBS Investment Bank (2004 - 2005) and Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2003 - 2004). Rohan Rai earned a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Finance from The Wharton School.
