Barry R. Smith

Barry Smith is the co-founder and President of Eakin Partners, LLC. With over 28 years of experience in office leasing, development, and sales, Barry has successfully negotiated over $500 million in transactions totaling over 5 million square feet. Prior to their current position, Barry held the title of Executive Vice President/Principal at Grubb & Ellis/Centennial. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Labor Relations from Purdue University.
