Gillian James

Gillian James is the Associate Director of Governance, Assurance, and Continuous Improvement at EAL, part of the Enginuity Group, where they lead the design and implementation of strategic frameworks for governance and regulatory compliance. Previously, as Governance and Assurance Manager for the Enginuity Group, Gillian developed and maintained governance and risk frameworks, provided strategic compliance advice, and chaired meetings focused on continuous improvement and risk management. With a strong background in Project Management, they excel in delivering projects on time and within budget while fostering collaboration across all organizational levels. Gillian's proactive approach to learning and development ensures they remain ahead of industry trends. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Central Lancashire.
