Vickie Mansell is an experienced customer service leader with a strong background in team management and performance coaching. Currently serving as the Leader of Customer Service at EAO since April 2018, Vickie oversees the Admin and Customer Service team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Prior to this role, Vickie was a Customer Service Manager at TOTO Energy and a Team Performance Coach at EDF Energy for 18 years. Vickie's career began as an Assistant Administrator at Ability Bathrooms, followed by a position as a Revenue Officer at Inland Revenue. Vickie attended Hove Park School for education.
