Radhesh Reddy Gurrala has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Radhesh Reddy started their career in 2002 at ROPL, where they served as a Team Lead, Staffing Specialist, Sr. Technical Recruiter, and Recruiter. During this time, they developed expertise in full recruitment processes, including sourcing resumes and interacting with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.

In 2005, Radhesh moved on to Spectraforce Technologies, where they held multiple roles such as Director - Client Relations, CSM, Sr. Account Manager, and Manager NAS. Here, they had overall responsibility for performance and management in the cluster, trained and mentored teams to achieve target goals, generated new leads at the client engagement level, built and maintained relationships with VMS/MSP teams and hiring managers, assisted with the onboarding and release process of consultants, monitored sales targets, and gathered requirements from clients/customers/vendors.

In 2012, Radhesh joined EApps Technologies as the Director of Client Services. Radhesh Reddy held this position until 2014, overseeing client services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Since 2014, Radhesh Gurrala has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of MagicForce, a full-service staffing and recruiting firm. Under their leadership, MagicForce offers permanent, temporary, and contract staffing services to businesses and job seekers. The company aims to help businesses find top talent to drive their operations forward and match job seekers with opportunities aligned with their skills and career aspirations.

Radhesh Reddy Gurrala completed their Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from VMR Polytechnic in Warangal from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jatipita College of Engineering in Adilabad from 1998 to 2002.
