Dr. Becky Horn is an experienced professional in innovation, insight, and planning within the fashion retail sector. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Insight, Head of Fan Intelligence, and Head of Planning and Insight at Ear to the Ground since December 2015, Becky has previously held various planning roles in the same company and worked as an Insight Coordinator at JD Williams / N Brown Group. Academic credentials include a PhD from the University of Manchester, where research focused on fashion consumption experiences, complemented by experience as a Lecturer in Fashion Retail. Additionally, freelance research in retail innovation was conducted at Start JudgeGill, informing strategies for the future of retail.
