Ricky Pang

Ricky Pang has worked in the consumer electronics industry since 2007. Ricky began their career at Vtech Electronic Ltd as a Software Designer I, where they were responsible for game concept design, level design, data spec and UAT for touch-control handheld device and TV console. In 2010, they joined Oregon Scientific as an Assistant Product Manager and Project Leader / Content Manager. In this role, they were responsible for product management, project management, software patch release, promotion in social media platforms, and preparing business cases for projects. In 2014, they co-founded Backlight LTD, where they served as Project Director. Ricky was responsible for HW and SW project and product management for the entire project life-cycle. Finally, in 2016, they joined EARIN as a Project Manager. At EARIN, they were responsible for the world-first, world-smallest, premium-grade TWS with excellent sound quality and call experience.

Ricky Pang obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Automation and Computer-Aided Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong between 2004 and 2007. In 2014, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Big Data and Social Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they obtained a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
