Rich's tenure at Buca di Beppo began in September 2010, where initial roles included President & Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations and Training. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Steak n Shake, where Rich managed a turnaround of 46 restaurants, and Darden Restaurants, overseeing operations for the Chicago division of Red Lobster, achieving top national performance. Additional significant roles include Director of Operations at Smokey Bones BBQ & Grill and various leadership positions at Red Lobster, contributing to high guest satisfaction and operational excellence throughout a distinguished career.
