James G. Bachert

As Principal, Jim listens to clients and provides them with the best design solutions to accommodate their present (and future) needs. Jim earned his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and joined ESa in 1995. He has gained experience master planning, programming and designing healthcare facilities across the country.

An EDAC accredited professional, Jim keeps up with cutting edge ideas in healthcare. His personal philosophy is to design for the needs of the client, the community and the surrounding environment’s context. Jim defines excellent client service as “responding to clients in a timely manner with good solutions that keep them calling back.”

Jim is inspired to come to work each day by the sense of accomplishment he gets in helping someone. In his personal time, Jim enjoys spending time with family, golfing, mountain biking, running and camping/hiking. He graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science.
