Andrew Beal is a seasoned civil and environmental engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Earle since November 2022, Andrew oversees resurfacing and reconstruction projects across Central and South Central New Jersey. Previously at Weeks Marine, Inc., Andrew held multiple roles, including Project Engineer and Estimator, managing substantial projects such as the $13 million Spuyten Duyvil Submarine Cable Replacement. Andrew has a strong foundation in engineering principles, honed through various positions at SA Engineering LLC, Solidia Technologies®, and other organizations, encompassing responsibilities from construction oversight to laboratory testing. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University.
