Erin Hutchinson

Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management at Earlham College

Erin Hutchinson is an experienced professional in enrollment management and education, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management at Earlham College since July 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing admissions operations, managing a team of nine, and coordinating New Student Orientation. Prior to this role, Erin acted as a College Advisor and engaged in various leadership roles at Deerfield Academy from August 2017 to June 2022. Erin also operated a successful fiber arts business from 2013 to 2017, which became a community hub, and held the position of Senior Associate Director of Admissions at Washington and Lee University from 2003 to 2013, focusing on recruitment and outreach to underrepresented populations.
