Tania Tsu-Ching Deng

Tania Tsu-Ching Deng ’87 is a senior vice president, commercial relationship manager with Huntington Bank. Raised in Stamford, Connecticut, she began her banking career in 1987 in Indiana after graduating with a bachelor’s in economics from Earlham College. Tania joined First of America Bank and participated in their management-training program and was assigned to the Commercial Loan Department. She joined National City Bank in 1994 and worked as a relationship manager in Commercial Lending. During her time with National City Bank, she managed several commercial and middle market clients assisting them with their credit needs as well as cross-selling many of the bank products. Tania had an extensive portfolio of mid-range to large contractors during her time with National City Bank. She worked with many of Central Indiana’s premier general contractors and sub-contractors. Tania joined Huntington Bank in 2013 and manages a middle market portfolio of over $90 million. In her spare time, Tania is the president of the Board of Directors of Jameson Camp. She is currently vice president of the Foundation Board for Lutheran Child & Family Services and is a member of the Foundation Board of Earlham College. Tania is Secretary of the Board of Trustees for Earlham College and Earlham School of Religion. Tania is Past President of the World Trade Club of Indiana as well as Past President of the Board of Lutheran Child & Family Services. She is also a former Big Sister.
