Magnus Rattray

Magnus Rattray is a seasoned academic and professional with extensive experience in data science, artificial intelligence, and computational biology. Currently serving as a Trustee Director at Earlham Institute since June 2022, Magnus has held significant positions at The University of Manchester since August 2012, including Director of the Institute for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence and Professor of Computational and Systems Biology. Previous roles include Turing Fellow and University Lead at The Alan Turing Institute and a Senior Director Data Science Consultant at AstraZeneca. Magnus also contributed to academia at the University of Sheffield and The University of Manchester in various professorial roles.
