Sofia Kudasheva

Phd Student at Earlham Institute

Sofia Kudasheva currently works as a PhD Student at Earlham Institute, where responsibility includes developing bioinformatics pipelines for transcriptome sequencing analysis and utilizing Python and R for statistical analysis and visualization of large biological datasets. Previous experience includes a research internship at the Research Centre for Medical Genetics and an ESL teaching role at MMMF summer school, where Sofia taught English and supervised children. Sofia holds an MSc by Research in Computational Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of York, as well as Pre-U qualifications in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, and Biology from City of London Freemen's School.
