Kathleen Ford possesses extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis and therapy, currently serving as a Special Instructor at Sunny Days since May 2018, while also working as an ABA Therapist for Early Autism Project, Inc. since April 2015, and as a Behavioral Therapist for ABA2DAY since December 2013. Prior to these roles, Kathleen worked as a Patient Care Technician at Main Line Health from June 2011 to March 2014. Academically, Kathleen Ford earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University (2014-2016), a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Penn State University (2011-2013), and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Delaware County Community College.
