Prior to this, Craig played a crucial role at The Durham Hotel as the Director of Revenue, Marketing & Sales Strategy, helping to establish it as a downtown destination. With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration, Craig's expertise in business development, strategic planning, and talent development make him a valuable asset in the hotel industry.
