Joanne Tecce has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as a CACFP Monitor at Early Childhood Alliance since June 2015. Prior to this role, Joanne worked as a Field Monitor at Community Coordinated Child Care (4Cs) from November 2007 to May 2015. Our services include parent engagement programs, direct early care and education in two accredited learning centers, and working with other service organizations and the business community.
