Tess Beatson

Tess Beatson is a professional with significant experience in early childhood education and management. Currently serving as Relief Management Lead at Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) since December 2021, Tess previously held the position of Early Childhood Director at G8 Education Ltd from March 2020 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an Educational Leader at Journey Early Learning Group from August 2017 to July 2018. Tess is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Behaviour) at Swinburne University of Technology, expected to complete in December 2024, and has also completed a short course in Internal HR Consulting Skills from the Australian HR Institute in December 2023.
