Tony Dragon

Tony Dragon is an experienced IT specialist with a background in providing technical support and team leadership. Currently employed at Early Childhood Management Services since February 2014, Tony has previously served as a Service Desk Team Leader at Places Victoria from January 2007 to June 2013, where responsibilities included managing a team of analysts and ensuring adherence to performance targets and service level agreements.
