Belkis Torres

Belkis Torres is a Vice President at Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, overseeing the Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Program. Prior to this, Torres was a District Supervisor at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, in charge of Compliance of the Head Start Program and Program Governance. With experience as an Early Childhood Administrator at Miami-Dade County, Torres oversaw County operations of the Head Start Program and the Education Unit. Torres holds a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development with a Specialization in Child Mental Health from California State University, Northridge, and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Florida.
