The Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe
Dr. Eileen Fluney is an experienced educator and leader in early childhood development with a diverse background spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Faith Based Board Member for the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe since February 2022, Dr. Fluney also holds the position of Teachstone CLASS Trainer and Observer with Teachstone since February 2012. Previously, Dr. Fluney contributed to Miami Dade College as an Early Childhood Adjunct Professor until February 2023 and co-chaired the Mayors Education Advisory Board from January 2009 to February 2023. Notably, Dr. Fluney was the CEO/Executive Director of Paradise Christian School from September 1981 until February 2023, focusing on programs such as Head Start, Early Headstart, and initiatives supporting military families and children with special needs.
