Evelio Torres

Evelio Torres is the President/CEO of the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe. Evelio has a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Public Administration from Florida International University. Torres previously worked as an Adjunct Instructor at FIU, Senior Vice President of Operations at One Hope United, and Director at the State of Florida in the Child Welfare and Community-Based Care Program Office.
