Isabel Afanador

Isabel Afanador is the Director of Operations at Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe. With prior experience as a Program Administrator in Child Protective Investigations at the Florida Department of Children and Families, Isabel holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Florida International University and Bachelor's Degrees in Social Work from both Florida International University and Universidad Externado de Colombia.
