Cathy Vargas

Cathy Vargas currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County, where responsibilities include processing payroll for over 100 employees and providing clerical support. Past administrative roles at PR Housing Finance Authority and several other companies involved implementing efficient systems for data management and providing comprehensive support services. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad del Turabo and has training in data entry.
