Darla Braziel

Darla Braziel is currently a Baby Institute Family Empowerment Specialist at Early Learning Coalition of Orange County. Darla has also worked as a Family Advocate - Family Stability Initiative at Catholic Charities of Central Florida and as an Outpatient Therapist at North Carolina Recovery Support Services.

Darla has provided education to families and others in the systems to service families, assisted families in identifying and utilizing necessary community services, created and compiled community resource manuals, and helped to identify needs and strengths of families. Darla has also prepared quality documentation and data processing by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, completed assessments, intake and discharge processes, conducted individual counseling sessions for outpatient clients, and coordinated Targeted Case Management work flow and authorizations.

Darla Braziel has a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Clinical/Medical Social Work. Darla also has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from California State University-Sacramento. Darla is certified in USA Mental Health First Aid in Youth Mental Health First Aid and also has a certification from BUDGET NOTARY SERVICES, INC. in Notary Public.
