David Drumm is an experienced educator and behavior specialist, currently serving as a Behavior Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County since January 2023. Prior to this role, David held teaching positions at Pinellas County Schools as an Elementary School Teacher from August 2020 to May 2022, and at Flagler County School District as an ESE Teacher from January 2018 to May 2019. Additionally, David worked as a 1st Grade Teacher at Flagler County Schools from August 2016 to April 2017. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Florida State University, completing the program between 2012 and 2016.

The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County is a nonprofit planning and funding agency focused on early care and education. The goal is to prepare all children to enter kindergarten ready to succeed. We support school-age children in continuing academic achievement.
