Kenneth Buchanan is an experienced education professional with a strong background in family services and quality program management. Currently serving as Family Services Manager at the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County since October 2015, Kenneth has held various titles including Supervisor of Quality Programs and Quality Specialist. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked as a Quality Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Indian River, Martin and Okeechobee Counties from February 2013 to January 2016. Kenneth holds a Master's degree in Education from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Becker College.

The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County is a nonprofit planning and funding agency focused on early care and education. The goal is to prepare all children to enter kindergarten ready to succeed. We support school-age children in continuing academic achievement.
