Michelle Moeller currently serves as the Director of Policy and Compliance at CareerSource Pinellas, a position held since June 2023. Additionally, Moeller has been the Family Services Manager at the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County since August 2021. Prior experience includes a long tenure at CareerSource Pinellas from January 2000 to July 2021, where roles included Director of Workforce Programs and Program Supervisor. Earlier in the career, Moeller was the Center Director at R' Culb from August 1993 to August 1999. Moeller earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.

The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County is a nonprofit planning and funding agency focused on early care and education. The goal is to prepare all children to enter kindergarten ready to succeed. We support school-age children in continuing academic achievement.
