Your educators are improvising again.
Not because they don't care. Because the system keeps failing them.
Every term, a key calendar event arrives — NAIDOC Week, Book Week, Science Week, Children's Week — and the same thing happens. Someone realises resources aren't ready. Five suppliers get contacted. Deliveries are late. Educators stay back to prep when they should be going home. And the programming that families are paying for quietly disappears into another chaotic week.
Directors know this problem. They live it every term. But until now, nobody had built the fix.
Early Learning Essentials is Australia's first and only physical event resource subscription for childcare centres.
Every quarter, we deliver a done-for-you box — curated physical resources, EYLF V2.0-linked activity guides, and educator prompt cards — before your term starts. Everything your educators need for every key calendar event, already inside. Just open the box and go.
No more chasing suppliers. No more last-minute scrambles. No more events that pass without meaning.
When educators show up prepared, programming is consistent. When programming is consistent, families feel it. When families feel it, they stay. And when they stay — occupancy holds. Then grows.
ELE was built by two people who couldn't stop thinking about this problem. Kuu spent years on the floor of early childhood centres — leading rooms, coaching educators, watching the same gap appear every single term. Ye built the system to close it. Together, they created the box every director deserves but never had.
We are currently placing free NAIDOC Week boxes with Brisbane directors this June — no pitch, just proof.
If you're a centre director, area manager, or network operator who's tired of the term-by-term scramble, this is for you.
