Seth Pederson has a diverse work experience in the field of early childhood education and child supervision. Seth worked as a Lead Teacher at Day Nursery Early Care & Education Centers, where they taught a class of 10 1-year-olds and collaborated with a co-teacher to create lesson plans incorporating various subjects. In addition, Seth worked at Small Blessings Inc. as a Teacher, teaching a class of 20 children ages 3-Kindergarten, and preparing weekly study-based lesson plans with a team of teachers. At Children's Home Society of South Dakota, Seth served as a Supervision Counselor, supervising at-risk children in a safe house environment and supporting their social and emotional goals. Seth also worked as an Actor at Storyland Children's Theater, where they performed plays for children and engaged them through interactive activities.
Seth Pederson has a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Theatre from Dakota Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Seth also attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a Certificate in Early Childhood Education Master Teaching (CDA). Most recently, Seth attended Ball State University and completed a Certificate in Early Childhood Education Master Teaching in 2018.
