Cal Simmons

Cal Simmons is an active angel investor and a serial entrepreneur with multiple exits in the travel and tourism industry. Deeply involved in the DC investment scene, Cal is the Chair of Tiger 21 in DC and is extremely active with the group at a national level. His commitment to the success of startups in the Mid-Atlantic ecosystem is profound – having been founder of multiple angel groups including the DC-based “Dinner Clubs.” He is a co-author of a book on the subject: “Every Business Needs an Angel,” published by Random House Books in 2001.
