Peter Attia

Founder at Early Medical

Peter Attia has a diverse work experience. Peter is currently the podcast host for The Peter Attia Drive, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a physician at Early Medical starting in 2014. From 2012 to 2015, Attia served as the President and co-founder of the Nutrition Science Initiative (NuSI). Peter also worked as the Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy at Sapphire Energy from 2008 to 2012. Before that, Attia was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. from 2006 to 2008. Peter began their career as a Surgical Resident at Johns Hopkins Hospital from 2001 to 2006 and also served as a Surgical Oncology Fellow at the National Institutes of Health from 2003 to 2005.

Peter Attia received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Math from Queen's University from 1992 to 1996. Peter then attended Stanford University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained their MD degree in Medicine. Additionally, they studied at the Stanford University School of Medicine during the same period and earned an M.D. degree.
