Sophie Hill

Sophie Hill is a seasoned retail and visual experience designer with extensive experience in store design and visual merchandising across various sectors. Currently serving at Early Settler as Store Designer for Australia and New Zealand and National Store Design & VM Manager for NZ since October 2016, Sophie specializes in both existing formats and new concepts for store design in a furniture and homewares retail environment. Prior roles include VM Manager for DFS Group Limited, managing visual merchandising for luxury travel retail locations in Oceania, and VM Manager for Carphone Warehouse, where Sophie developed new store and trial formats across Europe. Earlier experience includes roles at Home Retail Group PLC and The Jewellery Display Company, where skills in developing bespoke merchandising solutions were honed. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from Unitec, attained between 1998 and 2001.
