Mannie Romero

Mannie Romero has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Mannie has held various security and leadership roles in well-known companies. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Vice President of Product Security at Early Warning, where they oversee the development and security of their product portfolio. Prior to that, they served as the Interim CISO and Senior Director of Security Architecture at the same company.

Before joining Early Warning, Mannie Romero worked at Optiv Inc as the Executive Director of the Office of the CISO from 2015 to 2019. Mannie also held the position of Global Head of Incident Response & Risk Assessment at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from 2013 to 2015.

In their earlier career, Mannie Romero worked at Apollo Group, where they were the Director of Threat Intelligence & Investigation and the Manager of the Vulnerability Management Team. Mannie also gained experience at General Dynamics C4 Systems as a System Security Engineer, where they developed security processes and managed security assessments. Mannie then pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix from 1996 to 1998.
