Phil Chung

Phil Chung currently serves as the Director of Technology Risk Management at Early Warning® since 2024, where responsibility includes building and managing a centralized first line of defense function for a fintech provider. Prior to this role, Phil held multiple key positions, including Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from 2019 to 2024, leading data-driven campaign strategies that significantly improved client acquisition and advanced analytic modeling. Phil also served as Senior Director of Global Data and Analytics Strategy at Dun & Bradstreet from 2015 to 2019, where Phil executed a successful global analytics strategy, leading to substantial revenue growth. Additional experience includes strategic consulting for De Novo Corporation, various management roles at Citi, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, and Wells Fargo, focusing on analytics, risk management, and business strategy. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
