Rusty Simmons

Rusty Simmons, MBA/CIA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in risk management, internal audit, and regulatory affairs. With an MBA and CIA certification, Rusty has held various leadership positions in multiple companies throughout their career. Rusty started as a Senior Auditor at EY in 2003 and then worked as an Internal Audit Manager at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, and Stiefel, a GSK company. In 2009, Rusty joined McKesson as an Internal Audit Manager, eventually progressing to Senior Manager in Regulatory Affairs and Internal Audit. Rusty then moved to Banner Health in 2016 as the Director of Internal Audit before joining Early Warning as the Senior Director of Risk Management in 2017. Rusty's expertise lies in managing risk, conducting internal audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance within organizations.

Rusty Simmons holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Grand Canyon University. Rusty is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certified by The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
