Tammy Honnas

Tammy Honnas has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Tammy currently holds the position of VP, Total Rewards at Early Warning since February 2022. Before this role, they served as Sr. Director, Total Rewards at the same company from July 2015 to March 2022. In addition to their work at Early Warning, they worked as an independent Contractor, Global Compensation Consultant from April 2015 to July 2015. Prior to that, they were Director, Compensation & Benefits at Global Eagle Entertainment from January 2015 to April 2015. Tammy Honnas also gained valuable experience at JDA Software, where they held the position of Sr Global Compensation Manager from January 2011 to December 2014. Finally, they worked at Amkor Technology as Director, Compensation/Stock/HRIS from October 2002 to September 2008, where they managed compensation programs for 22,000 employees globally and was involved in various aspects of compensation analysis and program development.

Tammy Honnas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
