The Early Years Impact Center (EYIC) is an independent policy and advisory center working to design, finance, and scale early childhood systems that last.

We work at the intersection of evidence and implementation — helping governments, UN agencies, and donors translate what we know about the early years into policies and systems that reach every child.

Our work spans technical advisory, evidence translation, capacity building, and innovation. We bring deep field experience across 40+ country systems to every engagement.

We believe the early years are the highest-leverage moment in human development. Our mission is to make sure the systems around young children and families are strong enough to deliver on that promise — at scale, and sustainably.

We work with:

Governments and sub-national authorities
UN agencies and multilaterals (UNICEF, UNESCO, World Bank)
Donors, foundations, and IFIs
NGOs, civil society, and research institutions
📍 Based in Barcelona, Spain · Operating globally · eyic.org
