Rebecca Richards

Rebecca Richards has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Rebecca is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Earnest Analytics since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Lead Software Engineer and Staff Frontend Software Engineer at Earnest Analytics from July 2022 to May 2023 and February 2021 to July 2022, respectively. Before joining Earnest Analytics, Rebecca worked at Hudson's Bay Company as a Frontend Engineer from October 2017 to May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Each&Other as a Senior Frontend Engineer from April 2016 to October 2017 and as a Fullstack Engineer from July 2013 to April 2016. Rebecca also gained experience as a Web and Mobile Developer at Lucidity Digital from March 2012 to June 2013 and as a Web Developer at Brandtactics from February 2011 to March 2012. Rebecca started their career as a Tutor Demonstrator at IADT: Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology from September 2009 to June 2010.
