Vagif Rzayev

Vagif Rzayev is an experienced professional with a strong background in venture capital, startup investments, and digital marketing. Currently a Partner at Genezi since December 2021, Vagif focuses on raising and deploying capital for web3 startups, including pre-seed to series A investments. As a Venture Partner at Lepton Ventures since May 2024, Vagif invests in early-stage blockchain-enabled startups, with a particular interest in web3 games and infrastructure. Additional advisory roles include positions at Digital Insight Games and Arena Games Platform. Vagif is also the Founder of Pretty Maria Records, a boutique label for electronic music samples and loops. Previous roles include a Scout at Calm Company Fund, an Investment Banking Analyst at Angelico Ventures, and key positions in sales and digital marketing. Vagif holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Sciences from Sabancı Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sabancı University.
