Mark Oliver has been involved in the food and beverage industry since 1981, when they became the CEO and Creative Director of Mark Oliver, Inc., a full-service brand consultancy. In 2004, they co-founded Earnest Eats, a provider of organic and clean whole food cereals and nutrition bars. In 2012, they became a partner of Windrun Wine, a Santa Barbara County-based négociant focused on producing Pinot Noir wines.
Mark Oliver attended UC Irvine from 1967 to 1971, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts.
