Roel Ramirez is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading and contributing to software development projects. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Earnest since January 2025, Roel previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn from February 2014 to December 2023, where responsibility included tech lead for the Retention team within the Growth organization.
